We will happily refund or return any item in your order in case of damage or incorrect purchase.

Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the order form within 5 working days.

Items should be returned in the original, sealed packaging. In case of any return of opened, undamaged items, there will be a 15% deducted from the refund amount.

Items excluded from the refund/return include accessories, cartridges & toners and software
